Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the unique nature of each painting/illustration - handmade pieces may have slight imperfections not readily visible - all sales are final unless the piece was damaged in shipment (see below).

Damage From Shipping:

Please send an email to sales@thegreenowlgallery.com to report shipping damage. Shipping damage must be reported within 10 days after delivery has been confirmed by USPS. Please include in your email:

  • Your name

  • Your order number

  • Two to three pictures showing the damage

Upon receiving a shipping damage notice, we will initiate a USPS insurance claim. You should retain the item and packaging until the claim is completed. Once the claim has been handled by USPS, we will use your original payment method to provide a refund.
